Youth Wrestling Practice

  • Monday and Wednesdays
  • 4:30–5:30 pm
  • Open enrollment. Join anytime. $75 per month

** Must Have 1 Year of Experience

Saturday, January 29th from 9am to 12pm $40 per person

Stop the Threat, Stop the Bleed Seminar

  • Stop the Threat...Stop the Bleed is a one of a kind training event that is a partnership between owner John Calamia’s company, “Situation Ready” and Wayne Helms the owner of, “Elite Krav Maga Training and Fitness.” In today’s every change environment of threats and violence, knowing how to handle active killer events and protect yourself and your family are essential. Active Killer threats are on the rise and you don’t have time to rely on someone else to help you. The time is NOW. This 3 hour seminar specially geared towards everyday self defenders will cover basic disarming and defense techniques rooted in Krav Maga. We will be going into greater detail on Run, Hide Fight. Along with how to deal with the possible medical aftermath of such an event we will cover basic airway management and bleeding control techniques and how to apply a tourniquet. We may not choose the day, but we can choose to be prepared! Stop the Threat...Stop the Bleed...Be Prepared...Get trained and please join us!!

This training option is for the true Krav Maga practitioner! You have a set schedule and can make the commitment to take your self-defense and fitness to new levels all while having a great time! Krav Maga is a realist self-defense system that is easy to learn. With commitment and consistency, you can become proficient in as little as 9 months. Signing up in advance is encouraged. By invitation only.

Advanced Striking Class

Description:

Good striking is paramount to becoming a great self defender.  The more effective and efficient your striking is the more enjoyable your self defense training becomes. Our Advanced Striking class offers striking fundamentals, basic combinations, footwork, and fighting tactics.

Also, this class is designed not only your build your striking abilities, but provides a great cardio workout where you can burn more than 600 calories per class!
